What would you do with the ultimate power?

Due to a freak accident on the internet, Howard Duckell, a nerdy high school senior, is about to find out when he gets zapped with the power to read people´s minds and mentally control their actions!
What du you think a horny high school kid would do with the ability to control any girl with a simple flex of his mind? Answer: Everything imagine and much, much more!

Synopsis:
Howard Duckell dreams of being suave, sophisticated, and cool. In short, he wants to be Tom Cruise. In his fantasy worl, he is. In the real world, he is a bumbling high school kid who wakes up to late for his own graduation. After being humiliated by his older sister, Paula, in front of her two hot college friends, Stacy and Bambi, Howard runs smack into the girl of his dreams, Tiffany, his new next door neighbor home for the summer.

Things are starting to look up until Howard realizes that he has to attend summer school. Even his best friend, Chuck, a guy even more girl-crazy than he, can´t cheer Howard up.
Taking matters into his own hands, Howard breaks into the school computer to change his grades and winds up changing his whole life.

An experiment in Easter Europe causes an ESP preogram to Escape just as Howard logs on. In an blink of an eye, Howard is zapped with the ultimate mind control power. He can now make anyone do anything by just sheer willpower alone!
Between getting revenge on his sister by making her fart whenever he wishes and helping Chuck enter the girls locker room unnnoticed after a cheerleader practice, Howard tries to win over Tiffany.

But things aren´t as easy as they seem when Chuck´s mind winds up trapped in a high school principal´s body, Paula and a cat in heat become one, and a mysterious woman, Miss Perkins, shows up to reclaim the power from Howard´s mind.

Soon the power is completely out of control. Stacy and Bambi have sudden orgasms whenever they hear the word "Now", Howard´s dreams are felt by anyone he´s dreaming about, and Paula is transformed into a wildcat looking to get laid.

Basically, anything goas as "Pretty Cool" breaks all the limits in the most outrageous and hilarious film of 2001.
